Slight correction as the author of the post: easiest. It's kind of like saying that a degree in so-and-so is the easiest to get, but all degrees still take years of work to acquire and in a sense they are all hard to get. Or the easiest musical instrument, easiest jet to fly, easiest rocket to build, etc. Norwegian too takes years to learn, but it's more of a level slope for an English speaker as you can get by with almost the same word order and only have to pay attention to things like et-nouns (and the odd feminine noun), strong verbs, weird or kind of mushy pronunciation, etc.
